In 2025, a new trend is catching up in the smartphone industry – Mini Flagships. Moving away from big screens and heavy phones, brands are now bringing such compact flagship devices, which fit in the pocket and do not lag behind in performance.
One of these is – X200 Pro Mini. Hearing the name, it may seem that it will be a small, light device. But as soon as its box was opened, it was understood that this phone is small, but very powerful.
📦 Box Contents – What do you get in the box?
- Chinese docks (because this is the China variant)
- A decent quality case
- 90W fast charger
- USB Type-A to Type-C cable
- Sim ejector tool
After seeing all these things, the first impression is this – the brand has taken Mini seriously, but has kept the inbox experience at the complete flagship level.
One of these is – X200 Pro Mini. Hearing the name, it may seem that it will be a small, light device. But as soon as its box was opened, it was understood that this phone is small, but very powerful.
Design & Build Quality – Mini but strong
As soon as I took the phone in my hand, the first thing that caught my eye was the size of the camera module. Despite being a compact phone, it gives a heavy and solid feel.
- Weight: 191.5 grams
- Back: Glass with slightly shiny + matte finish
- Sides: Flat edges
The phone was dropped and scratch tested – and there was no major damage. Due to the mini form factor, the grip in the hand is also great.
Display Experience – Not small, but great!

The X200 Pro Mini has a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display, which supports adaptive refresh rate from 1Hz to 120Hz.
- Uniform bezels
- High brightness
- Premium touch response
This display is absolutely of flagship class. It does not seem at all that you are using a small phone.
Performance & Hardware – Small packet, big bang

This phone has the same processor which was in its elder brother i.e. X200 Pro – Dimensity 9400.
- RAM: LPDDR5X
- Storage: UFS 4.0
- Battery: 5700mAh
- Charging: 90W wired + 30W wireless
The battery is so powerful that it easily gives a backup of one and a half to two days. And the thermal control is so good that the phone does not heat up too much even in gaming or heavy tasks.
Gaming and Efficiency – Balance in both
We ran several CPU and GPU tests in the phone. The AnTuTu score came out to be 2.63 million, which is very close to the Pro model (2.67M).
Heavy games like Genshin Impact run smoothly on high settings – but yes, those who like a big display may find the Mini a bit small.
Camera Setup – Flagship camera, in a compact body

No compromise has been made in the camera segment either.
- 50MP Primary
- 50MP Ultra Wide
- 50MP 3x Telephoto
While the Pro variant had a 200MP telephoto, it is not here – but the surprising thing is that the quality of photos and videos is almost the same.
- 4K 60fps video recording from all cameras
- 32MP selfie camera, which can shoot up to 4K 60fps
However, the 4K 120fps and Lab Vision support available in the Pro is not available here.
Software & Features – Everything is there, with slight differences
- All important sensors
- 5G support
- IP68/69 rating – Water and Dust Resistant
There is just one difference – the Pro had an ultrasonic fingerprint, while this has an optical fingerprint sensor.
What does Mini mean?
The size of this phone may be Mini, but its purpose is – to balance power and portability.
This is for users who:
- Like using the phone with one hand
- Want a phone that fits easily in the pocket
- But don’t want to compromise on features
Final Verdict – Is the X200 Pro Mini for you?
If you are looking for a flagship phone that is compact, powerful, and has plenty of battery life – then you will love this phone.
It may not launch in India, but for those who like to take a different approach to tech – this is the perfect flagship compact device.
Note: If you have seen photos and videos of the previous phones of the X200 series, then you will definitely recognize the quality of this Mini version. We have shared some media files on Google Drive – you can go and see them. (Photos)
